Sophie Lou, is a thirteen year old restavek girl in Carrefoeur Feuilles a poor quarter of Port au Prince, Haiti. She works in the household and the little street restaurant of her Tante ( owner )Restaveks are childslaves in Haiti, comming from poor rural families to live with strange families in the cities. The UN estimates the number of Restaveks to 225.000. Very often restaveks suffer from violence, sexual abuse and hunger.
